1. Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Content ownership
You own the recipes, cookbooks and content you publish. By publishing on KitchenPocket you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and promote that content on the platform.
3. Creator earnings
Creators receive 85% of net revenue from premium recipes, cookbooks, tips and subscriptions. Payouts happen weekly via Stripe, subject to a minimum threshold of $25.
4. Acceptable use
No plagiarism, no harmful or hateful content, no spam. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
5. Liability
KitchenPocket is provided 'as-is'. We're not liable for indirect damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation; the limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed by law.
